8.1 Rosevine, Tanwood Lane: Skylight on rear elevation. No objections.
8.2 Hill Pool School House, Hillpool – Extension and external access conversion of garage loft to artists studio. The extension was considered inappropriate and not in keeping with the Conservation Area. No information had been provided regarding the use of this extension.

8.3 The Dog, Harvington: Erection of rear extension, repositioning of external wall, new door opening, new meter access hatch, new external walk in freezer. A full highway appraisal would be necessary due to increased size of building and anticipated extra 56 seats, resulting in a potential 28 additional cars. Concern was expressed at pollution, noise, car parking, access to the highway, etc. This extension was considered detrimental to the area.
8.4 10 Two storey dwellings and 5 bungalows off land at the rear of Hemming Way – still some concerns about access to site, signage, cars parked without lights at night and general safety issues re vehicle movements.

Date of next meeting Monday 9 January 2005
