at the Chaddesley Corbett Village Hall

2. MINUTES OF MEETING held on 7 February 2005 were approved and signed.
3. REPORT ON ITEMS RAISED AT PREVIOUS MEETINGS: Cllr Mr C Dodge (8.3)
4 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: None
5ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/DECISION:
5.1 St Mary’s Church and The Priest’s House, Harvington: Pruning four Pine trees and removal of a Cypress tree. No objections.
6. CORRESPONDENCE/OTHER INFORMATION RECEIVED:
6.1 Chaddesley Wood Farm, Bromsgrove – Revised Planning Permission. Noted.
7. PREVIOUS PLANNING APPLICATIONS APPROVED/REJECTED:
7.1 The Pound Barn, Bluntington: Dormer Window – Approved.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
8.1 Drayton House, Drayton: Several applications for renovations. No objections.
8.2 Swancote Farm, Tanwood Lane: Internal alterations. No objections if this application meets the barns conversion policy, but unable to see from information provided what changes had been made.
8.3 The Alms House, Worcester Road, Harvington: No objections, see previous comments.
8.4 The Coach House, Tanwood Lane: Revised plans, but refer to previous comments. The Parish Council requested a site visit with particular concern on highway issues.
