8.5 Land adjacent Tanwood House, Bluntington
agricultural building The Parish Council could not support this application,
which they felt was excessive for the proposed use. A full agricultural
appraisal should be undertaken prior to proceeding with the application. Access
from the highway should also be investigated. It was noted that a bridleway and
public right of way ran through the site.

change of use to land for keeping horse and stable block. See above.
8.7 The Pound Stables, Bluntington
detached single garage with associated garden storage. The Parish Council
objected to this application as they felt the design was disappointing, and a
more modest structure should be considered. A full Highways appraisal should be
carried out before this application is progressed.
